This terms represents a conscious agreement between the visitor, participant, learner, partner, or reader — and Mindweaver™ LLC, the living body of ideas founded by Ayeni Joshua.

The Mindweaver™ ecosystem includes all writings, visuals, programs, and frameworks associated with the brand; including, but not limited to, Logic in Question™, Raw Teachings™, Shared Purpose Engagement Model™, Relational Engineering™, Conscious Productivity™, and The Mindweaving Cycle™.

No material may be reproduced, reworded, distributed, or modified; digitally or otherwise — without prior written permission.This protection extends to all literary works, conceptual models, visuals, videos, training materials, and other intellectual derivatives.

 

3. Terms of Conduct

Your engagement with Mindweaver™ signifies your agreement to conduct yourself with integrity. You shall not misuse the content, distort its meaning, or falsely represent affiliation with Mindweaver™ or its founder. Engagement is rooted in understanding, not exploitation; in learning, not replication.

Every visitor is a student of awareness, and therefore, bears the duty to interpret knowledge responsibly. This terms are built on mutual respect between the creator and the perceiver, the teacher and the learner, the voice and the listener.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mindweaver™ delivers applied psychological-based approaches intended for education, self-awareness, and professional development. We do not provide therapy, clinical diagnosis, or medical intervention.

While our methods are grounded in behavioral and psychological science, outcomes depend on individual readiness, context, and consistent application. Therefore, Mindweaver™ LLC and its representatives shall not be held liable for interpretations, decisions, or consequences arising from the independent use of its materials.

Your evolution remains your own responsibility.

5. The Integrity of Representation

Mindweaver™ operates with clarity and conscience. We do not impersonate licensed professionals nor claim credentials beyond our field of operation. All communication, training, and consultation are offered within the ethical boundaries of education, leadership, and organizational development, through the lens of applied psychological-based principles.

6. Intellectual Property & Authorship Doctrine

All materials under the Mindweaver™ identity — writings, teachings, designs, frameworks, artworks, and language systems — are the sole intellectual property of Ayeni Joshua under Mindweaver™ LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All branded concepts and frameworks ending with ™.
  • The Mindweaver™ logo, color palette, and symbolic artworks (including The Matchstick Man).
  • Literary and philosophical works within the Logic in Question™ and Raw Teachings™ series.

Mindweaver™ is an evolving intellectual ecosystem. Respecting its originality ensures the protection of creative integrity for generations to come.

7. Amendments & Evolution

This terms is a living document. Mindweaver™ reserves the right to refine its language, expand its protections, and update its applications in alignment with evolving law, ethics, and organizational growth.
